Surface Preparation

Surfaces and application areas must be properly prepared, clean and free from dust, loose material, oil, grease, laitance and other contaminants that may impair performance.

Mixing and Preparation

Pour the liquid component into a clean container. Slowly add the cementitious powder while mixing with a slow-speed electric mixer for 2-4 minutes until smooth, uniform and lump-free.

Application

Pre-wet the substrate and allow surface water to dissipate. Apply with a suitable brush or roller in two coats, approximately 1 mm per coat. Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first after the first is dry and firm. Cure for 14 days where the coating will be immersed.

Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use and before the material hardens. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.

Health and Safety

• Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles.
• Avoid unnecessary contact with skin and eyes.
• Wash skin with soap and clean water after contact.
• Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of clean, cold water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
• Follow applicable local disposal requirements and do not dispose of material in water or soil.
