WHITE SAND RUBBER COAT is a single-component elastomeric water-based acrylic waterproofing membrane for roof protection and other residential and commercial waterproofing applications. It can be applied to concrete, tiles, masonry, PU foam, steel and wood.
Surfaces and application areas must be properly prepared, clean and free from dust, loose material, oil, grease, laitance and other contaminants that may impair performance.
Mixing and Preparation
The product is single component. Mix thoroughly before use. For priming, dilute with 5-15% clean water according to substrate type and permeability.
Application
Prepare a clean and sound substrate. Apply one diluted primer coat. Apply the first undiluted coat and allow it to cure for 4-12 hours depending on temperature. Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first at a recommended thickness of 500 microns per coat.
Cleaning
Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use and before the material hardens. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.
Health and Safety
Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles.
Avoid unnecessary contact with skin and eyes.
Wash skin with soap and clean water after contact.
Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of clean, cold water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
Follow applicable local disposal requirements and do not dispose of material in water or soil.
