WHITE SAND MAX PROJECT-P is a high-quality polymer-modified cementitious tile adhesive formulated to be mixed with clean water to provide a high-performance, easily workable thin-bed adhesive with anti-slip properties. It is suitable for porcelain, marble, natural stone and ceramic tiles on floors and walls.
The product comprises Portland cement, specialised polymeric materials, graded silica sand, selected fillers and special chemical additives.

Substrate Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from loosely adhering particles. Cement laitance must be removed. Wire brushing, sandblasting, water blasting or grinding may be used to clean and prepare the substrate.
Concrete substrates must be at least four weeks old, depending on climatic conditions. Wet the surface with clean water before application, except gypsum board. The surface should appear damp without standing or pooled water.

Conforms to SASO GSO 12004, class C2TES1.
Mixing
Slowly add WHITE SAND MAX PROJECT-P to approximately 5 litres of clean water during mixing, as stated in the mixing section of the data sheet.
Mix using a slow-speed electric drill and suitable paddle for at least two minutes until smooth and slump-free.
Allow the material to stand for 5-10 minutes before use.
Do not add water after the mixture begins to harden.
Application
Apply the mixed adhesive to the prepared surface and press it firmly using a trowel.
Comb the adhesive with a suitably sized notched trowel in straight ribs to form a uniform adhesive bed.
Spread only the amount of adhesive that can be tiled within the period stated in this product’s data sheet.
Within the open time, place and press the tiles firmly with a slight twisting action to ensure full contact.
Adjust the tile position within the stated adjustability time.
Use suitable cross-spacers to control the joint width.
Ensure that the tiles are fully supported and that no voids remain underneath.
Remove excess adhesive from the tile surface and grout lines with a damp cloth before it sets.
Keep the installed tiles undisturbed for the period stated in the product data.
The adhesive must not rise above half the tile thickness inside the joints.
WHITE SAND TILE GROUT is recommended for filling the joints after the period stated in the data sheet.
Yield and Coverage
A 50 kg bag covers approximately 11.50-13 m². Actual consumption depends on substrate condition, application method and material wastage.
Cleaning
Clean all tools with water immediately after completing the application. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.
Storage and Shelf Life
Minimum shelf life is 12 months in the unopened and undamaged original bag, stored in a dry, shaded place away from direct sunlight below 35°C.

Health and Safety
Suitable protective gloves and safety goggles are recommended during handling, mixing and application.
Avoid unnecessary direct contact with the skin and eyes.
In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and clean water.
In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean, cold water.
Seek medical advice if irritation continues.
The product is non-flammable and is not classified as hazardous under current legislation.
Do not dispose of the material in water or soil. Follow applicable local disposal regulations.
