EPO GROUT is a three-component, solvent-free epoxy tile grout formulated to provide chemical resistance, waterproof performance and high mechanical strength.
The product consists of a resin base, hardener and carefully selected fillers. Once mixed, it produces a durable, non-sag grout suitable for joints up to 10 mm wide.
EPO GROUT is suitable for ceramic, porcelain, glass mosaic, marble and granite tiles in demanding locations such as chemical-processing plants, commercial kitchens, food plants, hospitals, swimming pools and aquariums.

Joint Preparation
Ensure that the tile adhesive has cured sufficiently before grouting. All joints must be clean and free from dust, debris, adhesive residues, oil, grease and any contaminants that may affect adhesion.
Remove excess adhesive from the joints to provide a consistent and adequate depth for the grout.
Mixing
Mix complete packs only. Do not divide the components.
Pour the entire contents of the hardener container into the resin-base container.
Mix thoroughly for approximately 30 seconds using a slow-speed electric drill fitted with a suitable mixing paddle.
Transfer the mixed liquid into a clean mixing container.
Gradually add the complete filler component while mixing continuously.
Continue mixing for approximately two minutes until a smooth, homogeneous mixture with a uniform color is obtained.
Application
Apply the mixed EPO GROUT using a suitable spatula or grout float.
Work the grout firmly into the spaces between the tiles and around their edges.
Ensure that the joints are completely filled and free from voids.
Remove surplus grout from the tile surfaces before the material hardens.
Use a dry cloth for initial cleaning.
When required, use a small quantity of WHITE SAND SOLV 10 to assist with cleaning.
Cleaning
Clean tools and mixing equipment with WHITE SAND SOLV 10 before the grout hardens. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Storage and Shelf Life
EPO GROUT has a minimum shelf life of 12 months when stored in unopened and undamaged original packaging under dry warehouse conditions.
