Surface Assessment

Before application, test CLEANER on a small, inconspicuous area to confirm its suitability and the required dilution. Protect surrounding surfaces, metals, plants and materials that may be damaged by acidic cleaning agents.

Application: Concrete Mixers and Equipment

1. Apply CLEANER to the concrete deposits using a stiff brush.
2. Avoid splashing the product onto surrounding surfaces.
3. Allow the product to react for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Brush away the loosened concrete deposits.
5. Rinse the treated surface thoroughly with clean water.
6. Repeat the application when excessive concrete build-up remains.

Application: Glazed Tiles, Bricks and Masonry

1. Dilute one part CLEANER with one part clean water.
2. Always add the product to water carefully.
3. Pre-wet the masonry surface thoroughly with clean water.
4. Apply the diluted solution evenly to the surface.
5. Allow sufficient contact time without permitting the solution to dry.
6. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water after cleaning.

Application: Concrete Surface Etching

1. Apply CLEANER undiluted to the concrete surface.
2. Scrub the surface thoroughly using a suitable stiff brush.
3. Allow the product to react for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Wash the treated surface thoroughly with clean water.
5. Ensure that all acidic residues are removed before applying subsequent materials.

Yield and Coverage

Approximate coverage is 4 m² per litre.

The stated coverage is approximate. Actual consumption depends on surface porosity, contamination level, application method, dilution ratio and material wastage.

Cleaning

Rinse application equipment immediately after use with plenty of clean water. Dispose of cleaning water and residues in accordance with applicable local regulations.

Storage and Shelf Life

CLEANER has a minimum shelf life of 12 months when stored in its original sealed container under suitable warehouse conditions.

Keep the container tightly closed, upright and protected from incompatible materials and extreme temperatures.

• CLEANER is an acid-based corrosive product and must be handled with extreme care.
• Wear acid-resistant rubber gloves, protective clothing and suitable safety goggles or a face shield.
• Avoid inhaling vapours or spray mist.
• Do not swallow the product or allow it to contact the skin or eyes.
• Do not mix with other cleaning chemicals, alkalis or chlorine-containing products.
• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention.
• In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and plenty of clean water.
• If irritation continues, seek medical advice.
• If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention and do not induce vomiting.
