FLOW GR 800 is a multi-purpose, very high-strength, non-shrink and non-metallic cementitious grout developed for demanding structural grouting and micro-concreting applications.
The product requires only the addition of clean water to produce a highly flowable grout with strong adhesion to steel and concrete, low permeability, no bleeding and high mechanical performance.
FLOW GR 800 is suitable for machinery foundations, thick voids beneath base plates, structural steel, precast concrete, anchor bolts, manholes and bridge or road-maintenance operations. It complies with ASTM C1107 Grade C, EN 1504-3 class R4 and ASTM C476.

Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be sound, clean and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance and contaminants.
Thoroughly saturate absorbent concrete surfaces with clean water. Remove all standing and excess water before grout placement.
Steel surfaces must be free from rust, scale, oil and grease. Formwork must be watertight, rigid and sufficiently strong to prevent leakage or deformation.
Mixing
Use approximately 3.8 litres of clean water for each 25 kg bag.
Place the measured water in a clean mixing container.
Slowly add FLOW GR 800 powder while mixing continuously.
Use a grout mixer or slow-speed drill fitted with a high-shear mixing paddle.
Mix for at least three minutes until homogeneous and uniform.
Do not divide packs or attempt partial mixing.
During hot weather, condition the bags in a cool environment and use chilled water.
Maintain the mixed-grout temperature below 30°C.
Use chilled water when grouting thick sections and large pockets.
Placement
Place FLOW GR 800 immediately after mixing.
Pour continuously from one side only.
Arrange the pour so the grout travels the shortest practical distance.
Ensure that displaced air can escape freely.
Maintain a continuous hydrostatic head during base-plate grouting.
Keep exposed grout surfaces as small as practical.
Shade foundations and base plates from direct sunlight during hot weather.
Application Thickness
Minimum recommended thickness: 5 mm.
Maximum normal thickness: 100 mm.
For sections thicker than 100 mm, add 8 kg of clean, washed 5-8 mm aggregate to each 25 kg bag.
Precautions
Maintain the grout and contacting elements at a temperature between 5°C and 35°C.
Do not add excessive water.
Do not use water that causes bleeding or segregation.
Do not retemper grout that has begun to set.
Curing
Protect exposed surfaces from rapid moisture loss using continuous water curing, wet hessian or a suitable WHITE SAND-CURE curing compound.
Cleaning
Clean tools immediately after use using clean water. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.
Storage and Shelf Life
FLOW GR 800 has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in its original sealed packaging in a dry, shaded place under suitable warehouse conditions at a temperature below 35°C.

Rinse eye contact immediately with plenty of clean, cold water.
