WHITE SAND MUTHAPT is a polymer-based dispersion designed to stabilise soil, suppress dust and reduce soil erosion. It penetrates the soil, binds soil particles and forms a water-resistant protective layer suitable for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

Surface Preparation

Surfaces and application areas must be properly prepared, clean and free from dust, loose material, oil, grease, laitance and other contaminants that may impair performance.

Mixing and Preparation

Dilute the concentrated product with water according to the intended use and soil characteristics. Add MUTHAPT to the dilution water and allow 10 minutes for proper diffusion before application.

Application

Apply to relatively dry soil only when no frost or rain is forecast for the following 24 hours. Apply by mechanical soil infusion or pressurised spraying. Plough when required, distribute the product over loose soil, compact with suitable equipment and apply the second coat after the first coat has fully cured and bound to the soil.

Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use and before the material hardens. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.

Health and Safety

Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles.
Avoid unnecessary contact with skin and eyes.
Wash skin with soap and clean water after contact.
Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of clean, cold water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
Follow applicable local disposal requirements and do not dispose of material in water or soil.
