Surface Preparation

Surfaces and application areas must be properly prepared, clean and free from dust, loose material, oil, grease, laitance and other contaminants that may impair performance.

Mixing and Preparation

Follow the dilution ratio specified for the application. Mix mechanically at low speed for 3-4 minutes, allow to stand for 5 minutes, then remix briefly. Avoid excessive water and excessive mixing.

Application

Clean the surface and remove loose material, varnish, grease, laitance and algae. As a bonding agent, apply the diluted product by brush or spray and apply the next mortar while it remains wet and tacky. Moisture-cure modified mixes for at least one day, then allow them to dry slowly.

Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use and before the material hardens. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.

Health and Safety

• Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles.
• Avoid unnecessary contact with skin and eyes.
• Wash skin with soap and clean water after contact.
• Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of clean, cold water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
• Follow applicable local disposal requirements and do not dispose of material in water or soil.
