FLOOR M10 is a pre-mixed cementitious dry-shake compound developed to harden and protect fresh concrete floors.
The product combines cement, specially selected abrasion-resistant aggregates and additives that improve workability and application. It is broadcast over fresh concrete and mechanically finished to form a dense, monolithic and hard-wearing surface.
FLOOR M10 is suitable for warehouses, factories, workshops, loading bays, car parks, power stations and other heavy-traffic floors requiring improved resistance to abrasion, impact, oils and grease.

Concrete Requirements
FLOOR M10 must be applied monolithically to freshly placed concrete. The concrete mix, placing, compaction, levelling and finishing procedures must be appropriate for the intended industrial-floor performance.
Apply the product after bleed water has evaporated and when light foot traffic leaves an imprint approximately 5 mm deep in the fresh concrete.
Application
Place, compact and level the fresh concrete according to the project specification.
Allow bleed water to evaporate completely.
When the concrete reaches the correct plastic stage, smooth the surface using a mechanical trowel.
Broadcast FLOOR M10 evenly over the fresh concrete at approximately 3-5 kg/m².
For colored floors, divide the total quantity into two applications to improve color uniformity.
Allow the dry-shake material to absorb moisture from the concrete.
When the material appears uniformly darkened and moistened, work it into the surface using a wooden float or power float.
Complete the final finish using a steel trowel.
Do not excessively burnish the final surface.
On large floors, carry out progressive finishing immediately behind the placing team.
Curing
Begin curing immediately after final finishing to reduce water evaporation and help prevent crazing, blooming and loss of mechanical performance.
Apply a suitable WHITE SAND curing system or cover the complete surface using polyethylene sheets securely taped at the edges.
Yield and Coverage
Apply FLOOR M10 at approximately 3-5 kg/m².
Actual consumption depends on the required abrasion resistance, floor color, concrete condition, application method and project specification.
Cleaning
Clean tools immediately after completing the application using clean water. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.
Storage and Shelf Life
FLOOR M10 has a minimum shelf life of 12 months when stored in unopened and undamaged original packaging in a dry, shaded place, away from direct sunlight, at an ambient temperature below 35°C.

Wear suitable protective gloves, safety goggles and a suitable dust mask during broadcasting and application.
Avoid unnecessary contact with the skin and eyes.
Avoid inhaling airborne powder during dry-shake application.
Wash skin contact immediately with soap and clean water.
In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean, cold water.
Seek medical advice if irritation continues.
The product is non-flammable and is not classified as hazardous under current legislation.
Follow applicable local disposal regulations.
