Surface Preparation

Surfaces and application areas must be properly prepared, clean and free from dust, loose material, oil, grease, laitance and other contaminants that may impair performance.

Mixing and Preparation

Mix ASPHALT COAT LV-30 thoroughly before use.

Application

The coated surface must be clean and free from dust, oil, grease and other impurities. Concrete surfaces must be allowed to dry completely for at least 8 days before application. Apply using a brush, roller or spray.

Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use and before the material hardens. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.

Health and Safety

• Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles.
• Avoid unnecessary contact with skin and eyes.
• Wash skin with soap and clean water after contact.
• Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of clean, cold water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
• Follow applicable local disposal requirements and do not dispose of material in water or soil.
